Donna Gossom-Thomas is an author, editor, and instructor, with a Bachelors in Business from Auburn University and a Masters in Creative Writing from University of Alabama-Birmingham.
She pursued her dreams of becoming a writer after working in Telecommunications for twenty-eight years.
Her short stories have appeared in several magazines, including PMS, Steel Toe Review, The Birmingham News, The Birmingham Arts Journal, and Write Club: An Unexpected Journey 2024 Anthology.
Donna believes writing is a great therapeutic tool. “Writing brings out emotions that have often been buried inside our deepest core.”
She is presently working on her first novel which will debut Summer of 2026.
Although Donna loves to write, her true passion is her four grandchildren: Jordan, Caden, Cruz and Cali.
She lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
